The management at this particular store is terrible. Completely unreasonable and inefficient management. I will never return to this location. If you like The Walking Company, try the Mayfair location instead where you will receive prompt and courteous service.
Sales associate was fairly offensive when I asked questions she couldn't answer.
I am a very picky shoe shopper and Anna was outstanding in her service to me. I tried on MANY different styles and Anna was patient and very helpful. She contacted different stores to see if what I wanted was available there and when it wasn't in stock she ordered the shoes to be delivered to my home. They just arrived and they feel great. Thank you Anna, I will be a return customer.
