Rude staff. Poor customer service.
I went looking for hiking shoes. Their website has some options. I knew the selection in the store would be far more limited but I needed shoes.
I've literally could not find a single pair in the store. When I asked the clerk if they had women's hiking shoes anywhere - thinking perhaps I had missed them, I was given a look like i had just offended her, and was told "that's a specialty item we don't carry them in stores". I'm sorry, I was not aware that a woman wanting a pair of hiking shoes was considered a specialty request. Apparently we're supposed to stay indoors and wear fancy shoes?
Amazing selection. Can find almost anything you are looking for. Cute jewelry and bags as well.
I wore a pair of boots twice and sole broke and clicks. I just wanted the exact same thing but not broken. I was told they couldn't return worn shoes. I asked for the number of the manager and she said she couldn't give it out. I said I didn't want to call her at home, I just wanted her number. She said it was the store number. I asked when she would be in and was told she can't tell me that. So now I can randomly call and try and reach her.
Tried a pair of shoes on in the store and they fit well bit I was in a hurry so I didn't walk around much. When I was able to try them on that night I walked around my house for the next 45 minutes or so and they started to really hurt my feet and rubbed in a weird place. I took them off and went to return them the next day. The girl who was at the counter was very short with me and told me that if they were worn at all they couldn't be returned. I explained that it was for less than an hour around my house and she promptly told me there was no way they could do anything, even for store credit. I have worked retail my whole life and know that this is not how customers should be treated. I will NEVER go back.
