I was there on 6/11/17 around 2:45 pm. The customer service person was super nice and helpful. She got a couple of pairs of shoes for me to try and I settled on a pair of white sneakers. These shoes are just the best, so comfy right out of the box. I'll be back!
Did not speak to my friend and I when I walked in but spoke to other couple as soon as they walked in. Wanted to buy another pair of black gym shoes bc they are the most comfortable shoes I’ve found but refused to spend money at a place I’m not welcomed.
I bought a pair of super cute sandals last Saturday, wore them for the first time yesterday, just walking on the city side walk and the entire "leather" in the toe tore off. So I went to the store to try to exchange them or see what they could do. While they offered to send them out for repair, which I shouldn't have to have my shoes repaired after just one wear, they probably couldn't fix them. And they refused to return them, exchange them or do anything about the situation. I'm extremely disappointed in the quality of their product, its cheap and a rip off. And their customer service is appalling. Overall cute shoes, made of shoddy material and poor customer service.
