Purchased unfinished pants. Asked them to tailor them. I paid for the tailor and the pants are horrible. For a store that specializes in suits and higher end clothing I would think that the staff would be able to direct me to a pant that would work better for my body style rather than let me purchase something that didn't work. The cuffs were 13" in diameter at the bottom. It looked like I was wearing bell bottoms from the '70s. Also, on a side note I found the sales person very unprofessional due to the fact that he left for lunch mid way through my transaction.
That being said it can be pricey, and they tend to have a lot of blue, gray, and more muted colors.
The selection was the most impressive feature of this store, second only (maybe) to how good the entire store smelled. The employees who were on the floor, including the manager, didn't really do anything to help us, despite our being the only two customers in the store at a time when there were three staff members actively searching for a sale, but the cashier was very genuinely friendly and polite.
Overall I like this place. I get almost all my clothes here. As a piece of advice I suggest you try on many different brands and find something that fits your specific body. The brands vary quite a bit in fit.
Nice store, easy to find location, and great staff. Nice selection but not cheap. Worth the price to look and feel your best. A welcome change to find so much in my size and not have to settle for close as you can find to a fit.
Stopped here to buy some Christmas gifts. Deb was extremely knowledgeable and was able to answer our questions thoroughly in a way we could easily understand. She help us find exactly what we needed quickly. I highly recommend this place.
