They had a good selection of rings, but the store manager was being very very pushy. I expect all sales people to try their best to sell their merchandise, it is their job after all. But Becky the store manager was relentless in trying to make me buy right now, and to open up their credit card. She wouldn't listen to me, even after trying to explain I didn't want to buy the rings in front of my fiance because his ring is supposed to be a surprise, just like mine was. It's too bad because I probably would have came alone the next morning to buy the rings, if the sales manager wasn't so aggressive.
Wonderful experience every time my wife and I visit. Beautiful jewelery and very helpful staff.
We've purchased multiple items (including my engagement ring) from here and we've always had good luck, they have a good selection and they are easy to work with to get a good deal. They can be a bit pushy, and sometimes ridiculously slow in terms of finalizing a purchase, but they are overall a decent jeweler.
Refuse to fix their own jewelry.
