Almost 2 years ago i had a custom Mothers ring made. Great work, fast service, good price, I get compliments all the time.
We've received fantastic service from Michelle many times. We struggled at many other retailers/jewelry shops trying to find someone willing to make custom bands. They nailed our idea spot on and have taken care of us ever since. We are approaching our three year anniversary and she still knows us by name and makes us feel appreciated and welcome. Their “warranty “ if you can call it that is totally misrepresented which includes the sales persons explanation of it. Read the fine print if you must buy from them but seriously find another jeweler because any of them are far more honest and offer better value than these swindlers! They lost maintenance records for my wife’s wedding ring, broke timeline promises and completely lied about competitors warranty policies. No reason to ever shop here so many better jewelers who actually deserve your business!
I have been a customer of Jared’s for 4 years now. Every time I visit, I am greeted by friendly staff. Their customer service is great. I primarily work with Amy and she has always been extremely helpful and accommodating, regardless of what my need was! My experience with custom jewelry has been exceptional and worthwhile. I would highly recommend to anyone to visit this store.
Michelle and Amy went above and beyond when I told them I needed to do something with a diamond bracelet I was gifted from my mother. We went down the path of 3 rings and a pair of earrings. When the rings came back from the shop I quickly canceled the earrings to make 3 more rings. No questions asked they just did it at no additional cost to me. I had no question about leaving 58 diamonds in their hands. Now I gifted these rings to family so the diamonds will always stay in the family! Outstanding company and wonderful customer service. Can't wait for the stud upgrade next!
As of June 2017 I bought a new wedding ring and it was a custom ring as well. It took time to get this ring the way I wanted it. but it is GREAT. I would say a little over priced but I love it and it is a complete custom design. No one else will ever have this ring. I needed to have a diamond fixed and i had no issues getting it done. Fast and friendly service.
