Older hotel with some updates in the lobby and other common areas. However, the rooms are still nice and clean given the perceived age of the hotel. Great space for conferences, as well. Staff was friendly and helpful.
I have stayed in this hotel countless times. Room are so spacious and comfortable. Services are great and staff is so friendly.
The hotel was much nicer than I thought it was going to be. The room itself was great. The bed and pillows were super comfortable. The staff was helpful and professional. My only gripe was the bathroom... Specifically the shower. Water pressure was weak, and the water drained so slow that by the end of my shower I was ankle deep in water. Overall, this is something small, since I was only there 1 night, but I would think would become more annoying if I had stayed longer.
Clean rooms. Friendly Service. Fast check in times. Great restaurant buffet in the morning. No continental breakfast though!
It's adequate and accessible to Milwaukee if you have vehicle. The building is out of date and it seems like they are renovating always without significant improvement. A simple request to housekeeping brought 3 items we did not need. Very good buffet breakfast available for extra charge. If you need an overnight this is fine but if you are visiting Milwaukee for games or festivals there are much better options downtown. If you are a runner much better to stay downtown near shoreline trails.
