Quiet hotel, friendly staff, clean rooms, breakfast was good. Awards displayed on the walls in the lobby tells me they take pride in what they do there and appreciate their staff. They take care of their Club Carlson Rewards members. We will definitely stay here again!
If you want a lot of room, this is definitely the place for you. Spacious suite with everything laid out well. I was only staying for a night, but would be terrific for a longer stay. Love having a traditional coffeemaker rather than the pod type. Just think it tastes better...ok, maybe I'm old. Regardless, always love having a kitchen area.
Chose this Country Inn based on location and price (needed a place on the way to Minnesota). I've stayed at other Country Inn's before and have always been satisfied. This property lived up to what I expected.
Would certainly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a place to stay in the Milwaukee area.
Breakfast had plenty of options (loved the watermelon) and was well stocked. The fitness room's equipment was all up to date.
My room was huge! Very well decorated. The furniture was comfortable and looked pretty new. I rarely sit on couches and chairs in hotels because they usually just aren't comfortable. However, I stretched out on the couch in my room to watch some tv....and fell asleep nearly instantly!
I enjoyed the place so much, booked it again on the drive back. Needless to say, if I come back through the area, I'll stay at this Country Inn & Suites again.
My only regret about this hotel is that I only stayed there one night...but I will be back!
Everything about the room was perfect! fast wifi...King size, comfy bed with premium bedding, which made for a great night's sleep! I love a hot, strong shower and this property did not disappoint!
I recently found myself in the Milwaukee area and needed a place for the night. I am so glad I found the Country Inn & Suites!
Country Inn and Suites in Brookfield was great! A really pretty hotel with a more cozy vibe than some of the more common hotel chains. The room was very comfortable and spacious with a sitting area, large bathroom and kitchenette. The beds were comfortable with high quality linens. The hotel also had a great pool with a spa tub, a steak house and a sports bar attached. So no shortage of entertainment during your stay. Also in a nice neighborhood close to lots of shopping and other food choices.
The location was perfect. Right off the highway, with plenty of shopping and dining options. I was quite fond of the Starbucks next door and the Outback attached to the hotel (didn't feel like driving anymore).
The hotel was quiet and the bed was among the most comfortable I've been in (terrific night's sleep). Not sure why, since I was alone, but I loved having a separate bedroom.
I even made it down for the free breakfast. I usually avoid these too, but this breakfast was terrific...everything seemed to be a step above typical hotel-quality selections. After over indulging at breakfast, I filled my travel mug with coffee, checked out and hit the road.
The nicest hotel I've stayed in during my comedy touring! There was a surprise hot tub in the middle of my room (which I definitely took advantage of!) Staff was very accommodating, even though I was going to miss the breakfast buffet they made me a breakfast bag to go while I headed to the airport. The champs restaurant was open late, kitchen open til 1130 I believe which was perfect coming back from the show. I definitely recommend this hotel!
First of all, I put a lot of stock int the check-in experience at a hotel. This time, everything was amazingly quick...from the time I was greeted at the desk to the moment I opened my door was less than 3 minutes....just really impressive! The front desk clerk was so friendly and nice, it felt like I had met her before.
