Enterprise Brookfield has superb customer service!! It is the only branch I rent from and the only one I recommend to my family and friends. Scott, Lotto and the whole Enterprise team make me feel like a valued customer-EVERY SINGLE TIME! If 10 stars were available-they deserve 11!

My experience the first time which will turn out to be my last time going to this place ever again..so no to Brookfield ....my car was dirty inside and out and when questioned the guy told me it has been previously cleaned out already ..the steering wheel was sticky the clutch and cup holder was also filthy and the employee that dealt with me had very bad customer serves skills ...I will stick with the Waukesha location very more professional
