I am very disappointed with the recent customer service. Till last week the service was awesome.
Avoid if possible. I made and prepaid for a reservation to be picked up on Christmas Eve. An hour before my reservation, I got a call that they had no cars available at all. Other Avis locations were out of cars as well. They weren't even able to cancel the reservation or refund my money or offer any other solution. I've called the corporate number a few times to get refunded, but always end up on hold or the call gets dropped. Absolutely horrendous customer service.
Hopeless now... I have been taking vehicle from this center and had great experience. With the new team, never going back. Ladies sitting are rude and unprofessional... when I pointed, I was bluntly told 'hope you don't come back'... You bet.. never...
Absolutely love these people! They are always so good to me, and work with me in getting a great vehicle every single time! Awesome customer service and the cars are always in great condition!
