Marisa was a fantastic in helping us plan and ultimately book our trip. From multiple choices of destinations to actually choosing the right resort site for us, she was very thorough and diligently gave us lots of options and information. It probably took us about a month of weighing options, from our initial call to the time we actually booked the trip. Pretty cool thing happened on our day of booking, right after we had told Marisa to move forward with the package and options that we had chosen. She called back later that day to say that she did some last-minute checks before pulling the trigger and had found another vacation package with all the same options we had chosen, for about $1k less! Thanks Marisa! We haven't traveled yet, but are looking forward to our family vacation.
