Terrible travel agent. I bought air tickets and paid for it, and they cancelled and got refund from the airlines while I had no idea what was happening - I found that out from the airlines. While they apologized for what happened, to date, they never explained why it had to happen - of course they have no good reason to explain it. What makes them worse and the worst is that, after 1 year, they have proved that they are not willing to take a full responsibility for it. They even once sent me a refund check that was only rejected by my bank, ended up paying the bank a penalty - as far as I am concerned, this could be considered a fraudulent act. They have so far paid a half of what they promised to paid back, all of which came from their insurance, with nothing else out of their own pocket. Now they are completely ignoring me. I will stay away from them forever as long as they exist.
