Installers gouged new floors and gouged hours old custom cabinets in three places. Hurried, careless work. Now I get to argue with "Customer Service".
I am fond of this place. Good selection, good prices. Most importantly, no flashiness . Their authenticity will bring me back.

We get ALL our appliances here. Extremely knowledgeable staff very fair prices. Actually they are so good I told them I wanted a I industrial hood for the range they showed me hoods that were better than I wanted and they were not at all more expensive than my budget...they listen to what you want...refreshing, huh? They even had good advice, I'm in my first kitchen remodel they said if you put your range on the outside wall of the kitchen you can vent your hood directly outside and the vent can actually be outside so it's not loud in the kitchen when your entertaining. Just really easy staff to work with! Oh! Their delivery service has been very good and efficient too ...the whole company just does a good job!

"Customer Service's" solution to their damage to my home is to have ME work to find a solution that is agreeable to them or to offer me pennies to go away. Too bad so many of my neighbors are looking for recommendations for when they remodel their kitchens.
