Horrible receptionists. One day this woman flat out lied and told me my doctor was in the back room and that she could be out in 30
minutes when she was actually out of town the entire day. Another receptionist didn't know that a doctor needed to approve a refill on a prescription, so she led me to believe all day that it would be ready and when I spoke to a nurse at the end of the day she finally got the right information and had to say I needed another appointment. Then I scheduled an appointment for Thursday afternoon but I was written down for Friday afternoon. Just horrible service at the front desk.
Dr. Eapen and her staff have always been wonderful & professional. Whether it's through MyChart or in person, the Sunnyslope staff is prompt with responses and very helpful. Having seen the same GP for 27 years, I was reluctant to go to a doctor within such a large network; however, everyone has been wonderful, respectful, and very caring.
