Long blonde hair cashier snapped at me for no good reason. Very rude.
I had a bra (less than 2 years old and rarely worn) in which the SHARP wire popped out on both sides, enough to cause injury. I contacted corporate about this because I simply wanted them to be aware of the problem so they could make sure it doesn't happen again with their new products. When I pay over $40 for a bra, I expect it to last for more than 2 years when taken care of properly. Corporate told me to return to this store because I did buy it there, and they were to return or exchange my bra. Upon arriving I spoke with manager Rebecca, who accused me of not taking good enough care of my bras, even after I explained that I hand wash them and do not dry them. She then tried blaming the damage on the fact that the bra was not the right size for my chest, even though I get fitted (at vs) every time before I purchase a new bra. I even showed her the messages from corporate, but obviously that meant nothing to her. She offered me only $15 for the bra, and when I stated that it would not buy me a single bra in the entire store, she replied with, "Well how do you think we make any money then?" I was thoroughly appalled with how rude she was to me. Never have I ever been yelled at by an employee, let alone a manager from a store that I once loved so much. The rest of the staff is wonderful, however I will never return to buy anything at this store again as long as they have managers like this representing this store. I've worked in retail for years, and with experience I know how hard the job can be, but talking to a customer in this manner is completely unacceptable no matter what the circumstances. Looks like I will be contacting corporate once again.

I went there to get fitted and it was my first time so I was very nervous for some weird reason and the staff was very nice and made me feel very comfortable. She gave me some advice that definitely helped a lot. I ended up buying two bralettes and left being a very happy customer. I will definitely be returning.
