Went in to purchase a guinea pig a month ago; who I love dearly, but I wasn't impressed at all with the customer service. After a bit of waiting at the cage (which looks to be a bird cage that they made into a guinea pig cage), I tracked down an employee who said they would get someone to help. The person they called over was deathly allergic to guinea pigs so they had to call someone else over (you'd think they would know who is unable to care for certain animals). The employee told me they only have/carry male guinea pigs which I was fine with. Turns out my he is actually a she. DO NOT TRUST THE GENDER OF GUINEA PIGS THEY ADVERTISE! I'm lucky my guinea pig isn't pregnant by now. The cage also had about 10 guinea pigs inside..... WAY too many for the size. Would not recommend.
