DO NOT GO! There are better chains of TGIF than this particular one. I went with my girlfriend after having a long day at work. We were both hungry at the beginning of all this. We were told to seat ourselves after asking for a both. It then took my girlfriend walking up front to get menus. This after 10 mins of being seated. Another 10 to have someone come and offer us drinks and yet another 10 to get silverware after the food all ready comes. Both of us ordered chicken and both were drier than a Nature Valley Nut snack bar. My broccoli was cold and unflavorful and her salad was bland and tasteless. After finishing our meal the waitress took the cash we gave as payment stating that we needed change back. She gave us the 2 dollatw out of 40 but pocket the change for herself knowing full well she didn't earn a tip from us. Needless to say we won't be eating at this particular restaurant again. O and a note to management if you read this.....we waited 15 mins for refills only to have to call the manager over. While he ran the manager playbook of saying "I apologize" ect. In these 15 mins 6 waiters/waitresses, 2 bar backs, and even the manager himself without so much as batting an eye our way.
Walked in just before 11pm on a Sunday night. There were a few parties at the booths and a few people at the bar, but the place was for the most part dead. After about five minutes of no one seating us I walked to the bar area where I could see more employees. I made eye contact with at least five different employees/bartenders (one of which I think was a manager) and NOBODY greeted us or sat us. Fifteen minutes after entering the building I had had enough and left. I expected more from such a large chain restaurant.
All the staff and atmosphere that made this Fridays the beat place to eat in Brookfield have all vanished... the games are gone, the service is gone, the bonding is gone, its officially a dump. Do not go here. New owners have ruined such a great thing.
Great food and drinks. Everything else was closed on thanksgiving last year. Luckily they were open and their all you can eat shrimp was delicious. Good service and atmosphere. Cant wait to go back!
Loved it! Service was excellent from the minute we walked in till we left. Our server was the best of the best. His name was "D". And the food was out of this world. So Delicious! You won't be disappointed.
