Dan Scardino is one of the laziest real estate agents I have ever encountered. He is rude and off putting. If you're looking for an agent that will go the extra mile, Dan isn't your agent. Unless of course you don't mind paying someone a couple extra hundred dollars to do something that should have been done in the first place. Anyone, and I do mean ANYONE, would be a better agent compaired to Dan Scardino.
