Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Everyone here made me feel comfortable, treated me like a human being instead of a number, and even cracked a few jokes. I would definitely recommend this location. (I walked in for a DOT physical)

Went in for a routine per employment drug screen. Waiting room was nice and clean staff was super friendly. Only had to wait about 10 minutes for a walk in appointment. Helped me fill out all the paperwork quickly and I was in and out within 20 minutes. Definitely recommend them!
I was sent to Concentra, for a urinalysis test for a job I was seeking. I hate going to the doctor of any kind, so right away, I knew that I would be disappointed with the wait and staff. But to my surprise, there was very little wait time. And the Staff was Super friendly, and polite. I filled out the necessary paperwork, and five minutes later, I was seeing the nurse for my test. She walked me through the process. Asked if I had any questions, before she started... And maintain a conversation with me throughout the process. She told me that I would receive the results within 30mins. I actually got the results in less than thirty minutes. I will definitely would use them again. Thank you Concentra.
