I could not ask for better service. From begining to end. The company promptly booked my move, and even asked if they could arrive early which worked out very well. Great communication on the customer service side also. The 3 movers were courteous and professional. They were required to move some very heavy and unstable objects. They accomplished the move without damaging anything. Everything went perfectly. They obviously know what they are doing. They communicated well and showed great teamwork. They are worth every penny. I will use this company again. I HIGHLY recommend them. 5 stars fellas. Great work!!!!
Sunday I hear nothing from them, despite calling them multiple times from 1-2pm. Finally at 2:10 they call to say they were delayed but are still coming, and should be there soon. At 3:40 I get another call saying they'll be there at 4:15 (note my original delivery window for Sunday was 12-3). They FINALLY arrive at 4:20. Once the movers themselves were there, they were great and efficient and handled everything well.
Overall, the movers themselves were good but the management and planning was so horrible that I will never use this company again.
I was suppose to have a truck today. Well the truck overturned on the highway. I am glad that the drivers are ok. However I cant believe thay they dont have another truck. They left me hanging when I needed to be out of the house today. The house has someone moving in tomorrow. I would not recommend them at all
On the day of our scheduled move Speedymen did not even show up. After finally getting ahold of someone in the office after many calls and over an hour of calling, they told us that they cancelled our move because of truck issues. This was never communicated to us. We ended up calling a different moving company because we needed to be out of our apartment by 12pm. I have since been trying to get in contact with their office to get our deposit back because they failed to provide a service. I've called multiple times and each time (when I actually get ahold of someone) they say that they'll call me back. They have never called me back.
The two men who showed up were caring, respectful and hard working. I am extremely pleased with their work. They arrived early and finished early. Wow.
Originally I was supposed to move at 9am on a Saturday. They called around 8:15 saying they'd be early, which was great. However, they called back at 8:30 saying their truck broke down and they needed to get it fixed and would update me. I heard nothing until calling them for an ETA at 10:30, when they said they'd be there soon. Come 11, they call back saying the issue wasn't fixed and they'd need to reschedule. (I later discovered that they were using Budget trucks, not their own branded trucks, so not sure why they couldn't just get a new truck for my move) It then took 3 more calls before they finally rescheduled me for Sunday at noon, which was only confirmed via email, not over the phone.
