Rush orders and other special requests are always handled in a friendly professional manner. Once, I found the suit pants I needed to wear to a meeting in the trunk of my car. I stopped by and asked if they could be dry-cleaned while I waited. The owner looked them over, determined they weren't actually dirty. He had tham pressed in five minutes and didn't charge me.a cent. The meeting went off without a hitch....
Incredibly difficult to deal with ... I travel regularly and globally for my job and this is the worst dry cleaning service I've used. I used the service ~5 times spending ~$50/visit and every time there's an issue with my dry cleaning. Nobody knew how to set up the delivery service (on 2 separate occasions). My order got rung up wrong almost every time and requires the cashier to ring it up again. It's as if the employees aren't trained whatsoever on the machines. Also, when I was finally set up for delivery service, I had to call to find out where my dry cleaning was (after it was a day late) and the employee argued with me for 10 minutes that it had been delivered the day before, but had no idea what time it was delivered or who they left the delivery with. I wasted 20 minutes trying to figure out where my dry cleaning was. The point of having a delivery service is to save time for the customers, not make them spend time tracking it down. Overall, very disappointing.

I drive past a number other of dry cleaners every time I need dry cleaning or shirts processed. The owner of this business is in it for the customers! Whether it's stain removal, standard cleaning, alterations or just general advice on clothing care, the team at Pro-Clean has always been great.
They're not the closest to my home, but they are the best in town - I won't be switching as long as the shop stays under currrent management.
