Came here a half hour before close, was told they couldn't help me because they were closing "soon". Got told to come back in the morning at 8am. What a joke. Went somewhere else who happily took my business. Won't ever come back here.
I don't know if it's a chemical they use in the wash or if it's in the rags they use afterwards, but a thin film of what I believe was silicone ended up on all my windows. Visibility was dangerously bad during morning driving.
Everyone here is really friendly, decent car wash and handy rewash policy
Windex didn't clean it. Straight alcohol didn't either. Finally, full-strength Simple Green got it off after 4 passes. All in all I washed my windows 8 times, inside and out. You can bet that's the last time I'll go to this carwash.
Step 3: Try to clean it off.
Came to Brookfield twice and they did such a good job and excellent work. Outstanding work. I will keep coming here. Great place. I am load for words how nice and good of job these people Do! Edit2: lowering review from 4 to 2 stars because the last couple times I went there the wash was stopped several times as cars were going through. Leaving everyone waiting for an extra long time for their wash
Step 1: Buy a can of Crisco (that gloopy white stuff people cooked with in the 70s.)
Today is Sat Nov. 18th and it's windy and Cold today. Badgers are beating up the Wolverines, and This place is the BEST!!! They greated me, got me in. Took my SUV inside went to work, Full detail wash. You are able to watch them work, Staff was excellent. Even though they have some remodeling going on, don't let that discourage you. I found them after driving an hr from home, going to another establishment, which was close. I'm glad, because this Is one of the best, if not the Best Car wash I've ever received. Being from the West Cost, we expect great service, they go above that. I don't remeber the 2 who did all the work, but I tip my hat off to you guys.
