Could be more friendly atmosphere. Pieved that only a quarter tank of gas in loaner, really? I had to go to Madison, so stopped and got gas. That's inconvenient. Full tank out, full tank upon return. That's the way rental car Companies are.
a woman greeted me my first time here and spoke to me like I was some complete moron. I can't help you have a service department located a mile away from the actual dealership and a hidden parts department inside that has no sign guiding you to it.

Service was excellent but I wasn't happy about having to be there two days in a row. I'm still finding issues with a newly purchased used car. These things should have been addressed before it was sold.
