Sandwiches came out incorrect and over cooked, not appealing. Wings were good but came out wrong after a lengthy wait. The correct wings we received way after the meal. Only one server on.... So I assume you go for the experience, that we didn't get. Don't waste your money. Clean restaurant, restrooms diabolical... Took so long to get the food we didn't complain about the sandwiches, went in at 9 something left at 11 something $83 dollars poorer. Server sent half of our visit sitting at a booth with some guy.
Service was on the slow side but the food was hot and delicious. Our server, Ashley, was so sweet!
Very sad to report that when we visited this location we sat for over 10 minutes and not a single waitress even said hello, let alone take a drink or food order.. it was later in the evening and was not busy. The 2 waitress' in our section were too busy with what appeared to be their boyfriends at a table across from us.. sitting with them at their table and texting on their phones. At one point one of them made eye contact with me and walked away.. very disappointed as Hooters is one of our "go to restaurants", needless to say we left. Explained to the hostess what happened. She was genuinely sympathetic, offered to serve us right away, but unfortunetely we left anyway with a very bad taste for this Hooters location.
The food is average. The staff is very nice. Went at a super slow time so no one was there. Food came out fresh and hot.
I LOVE HOOTERS!!! I also love their food. Excellent, friendly and attentive service.
